GST is not included in pricing and pricing is subject to change.  Data plates must be legible and accessible for registry to be possible for the RecallChek© program.

This is the full deal! Observations will be made in the general and common/ restricted areas if access is granted but the primary focus of the visual inspection is the subject unit and building.  It is advisable to review all strata documents including engineering reports to determine if any issues exist and costs could be incurred.  Please call if you require some assistance with engineering document review, we will be happy to help.

A Home Inspection is a limited, non-invasive examination of the condition of a home, often in connection with the sale of the home but also now becoming popular is pre-listing inspections, new home quality control inspections, walk-through consultation services.  Home Inspections should only be conducted by a qualified licensed inspector who has proper training and experience to perform such inspections. An inspection is based on the condition of the home at the time of the inspection and cannot guarantee future condition, efficiency, or life expectancy of a system or components.

*A depreciation reports tells a strata corporation what common property and assets it has and what are the projected maintenance, repair and replacement costs over a 30 year time span.

Common property is just not buildings. Common property and assets can also include landscaping, roads, recreation amenities and many other items.

The depreciation report helps strata lot owners to protect their homes and investments and provides valuable information to prospective purchasers, mortgage and insurance providers.
