Had an inspection of a 2-bed apartment in a high rise done by Andy today. It was wonderful (as wonderful as inspections go). Andy is very respectful, has excellent social skills, excellent listening and communication skills - explaining everything clearly and showing me different things in the home making sure i understood, dealing with all parties with grace (agents, buyer, building manager). I really appreciated his review of his findings at the end and provision of the report. He took the time needed and didn't rush me/the process and i highly highly recommend this company.
